General Information About The Subject Of The Order - The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Delivery Of Brand New, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects Teaching Equipment, Computer, Multimedia, Specialist Equipment And School And Office Furniture, Hereinafter Referred To Jointly As Equipment; - Transport Of The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Its Unloading, Bringing In And Arrangement In The Rooms In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Instructions; - Assembly, Installation, Configuration And Commissioning Of Equipment Requiring Assembly Or Connection, In Particular Interactive Monitors With Wall Mounts Or Mobile Bases, Language Laboratories, Computer And Multimedia Equipment And Other Electrical And Electronic Equipment; - Installation And Setting Of Equipment In Accordance With The Manufacturers Documentation And Intended Use; - Carrying Out All Activities Necessary To Ensure Full Functionality Of The Supplied Equipment, Including Device Configuration And Checking Their Correct Operation; - Conducting Training For Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Supplied Devices And Equipment Requiring Training; - Providing A Quality Guarantee And Providing Warranty Service In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Specification Of The Order Terms And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract; - Tidying Up The Place Of Delivery And Assembly And Removing, At The Contractors Expense, All Packaging And Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Order.3.
