Tenders are invited for Procurement of Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Maintenance of Upgraded Server Room Power, Cooling, Fire Protection, Access Control, Environmental Monitoring Systems, Server Racks, and Associated Elv Systems for the Department of Meteorology. The bidding document in the English language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR. 30,000.00 from July 24, 2026 between 9.00 am and 3.30 pm on any working day. The method of payment will be by Cash. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 13 August, 2026 at 2.00 p.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee: LKR 2.30 million.
