Revitalization Of The Historic Palace In The Town Of Staroźreby With A Change Of Use The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works With A Change Of Use For The Bromirski Palace, Located In The Town Of Staroźreby, Ul. Parkowa 31, Plot No. 849, Registry District 0036 Staroźreby, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under No. 108 Of January 25, 1958. The Construction Works Concern Only The Building Without The Development Of The Plot. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation And The Recommendations Of The Masovian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Warsaw Resulting From The Documentation, Among Others. Decision No. 542/2025 Of November 5, 2025 And Comments And Reservations At The Stage Of Project Implementation. All Works Performed By The Contractor Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Applicable Standards And Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, As Well As Construction Practice, Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, With Respect For The Ordering Partys Property, The Environment And In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Investors And Conservation Supervision Inspector.
