As Part Of The Berlin School Building Offensive (Bso), The Ba Lichtenberg Intends To Carry Out The Construction Project To Expand, Replace And Renovate The Schools And Sports Halls As Well As Renew The Outdoor Facilities On The Site Of The Sandinostrasse 8, 10 School Location. This Is A Holistic Measure Affecting The Entire School Site In Four Construction Phases, The Sequence Of Which Is Described In A Functional Service Description. The Scope Of Services Includes Planning Services In Accordance With Hoai (Lph 5 Execution Planning), Work And Assembly Planning As Well As All Construction Services. The Construction Project Includes The Following Measures: - New Extension Building Iss: Gfa Approx. 9,950 M2 - Extensions To The Existing Buildings Gs, Sandinostr. 8 And 10 And Barrier-Free Access - Demolition Of The Mur, Sports Halls And Side Wings - New Community Building Hub Iss And Hub Gs Including Canteens And Three-Field Sports Halls - Renewal Of Outdoor Facilities And Construction Of Sports Facilities
