Provision Of Scheduled Transport Services In Local Rail Passenger Transport (Spnv) In The Central Saxony Electric Network (Ems) On The Following Lines: • Re 3 Dresden – Chemnitz – Plauen – Hof • Rb 30 Dresden – Chemnitz – Zwickau • Rb 30V Chemnitz – Zwickau • Rb 45 Chemnitz – Riesa – Elsterwerda. The Service Volume Will Cover Approximately 5.75 Million Train Km/Year. Changes To Lines/Service Volumes Are Possible Due To Economic Developments Or As A Result Of Further Examinations By The Responsible Authorities. The Vehicles Required For The Provision Of The Service Are Provided To The Railway Company (Evu) For The Duration Of The Contract Term By The Verkehrsverbund Mittelsachsen (Zvms) Special Purpose Association.
