Software Programming And Consultancy Services – Provision Of Server And Software Maintenance Support. The Purpose Of The Contract Governed By This Administrative Clause (Cca) Is A “Server And Software Maintenance Support Service” For The Printing Office Of The Banque De France (Banknote Manufacturing Department) And Europafi, Hereinafter Referred To As “The Contracting Authority”. The Contract Is Subject To Joint Execution By The Different Contracting Authorities. The Banque De France Is Coordinator Of The Group. This Contract Covers The Maintenance And Support Of Servers And Associated Equipment With Power Processors And Aix System Software. The Loss Of Ibm Certification (Compulsory Transmission To The Contracting Authority Of A Certification Certificate To Be Provided Each Time It Is Renewed) Is A Cause For Termination Of The Contract For Fault Of The Holder. The Holder Does Not Use Any Remote Control Or Remote Maintenance Device And Does Not Require The Contracting Authority To Install Any Software And/Or Hardware Device.
