The Construction Is Category Ii, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 2 Letter E Of The Territorial Planning Act. The Built-Up Area Of ​​The Site Is 11,258 Sq.M.; Land Area - 7075 Sq.M. The First Stage Planned For Implementation Includes The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Sports Facility Kolodrum Into An Indoor Multi-Purpose Sports Hall And Providing The Playing Field With Sports Flooring And Equipment For Basketball, Volleyball And Handball, The Playing Field Will Be Finished With A Durable Polyurethane Covering On The Concrete Base. Building Water Diversion 1, Building Water Diversion 2 And Building Sewage Diversion Are Also Planned For Construction, According To The Issued Construction Permit. The Capacity Of The Event Hall In The Sports Field Will Be 1,000 Seats Or Standing, And Up To 700 In Movable Stands. The Project Includes Solutions For Modular, Mobile, Telescopic Stands To Provide Up To 700 Seats Close To The Playing Field. The Main Stands For Spectators Will Have 1,150 Seats.
