The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Granting And Servicing Of A Long-Term Bank Loan In Pln In The Amount Of Pln 5,303,644.00 Intended For Financing The Planned Budget Deficit And Repayment Of Previously Incurred Liabilities Based On Resolution No. 135/Xxi/2026 Of The Kłobuck County Council Of June 24, 2026 Regarding Taking Out A Loan. 2. Loan Currency – Pln. 3. The Loan Will Be Repaid From January 28, 2027 To December 28, 2036 On A Monthly Basis. 4. The Legal Security For The Repayment Of The Loan Will Be A Blank Bill Of Exchange With A Bill Of Exchange Declaration, 5.
