The Purpose Of The Public Contract Is The Reconstruction And Extension Of The Existing Building Of The Former Hotel And The Overall Revitalization Of The Adjacent Area With The Aim Of Building A Modern Accommodation Facility. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Realization Of The Work - The Reconstruction And Extension Of The Existing Building No. 575/100 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Work). The Work Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Documentation For Construction Execution Prepared By Ing.Arch. Jakub Kuthan, With Registered Office At Spovojnoj 467, 25301 Hostivice, Ičo 87577402, Which Forms Annex No. 2 Of These Terms And Conditions, And In Accordance With The Issued Decision No. Fly 84534/202. The Subject Of The Public Contract Includes All Work And Supplies, Activities And Actions Necessary For The Proper And Timely Execution Of The Work As Described In These Procurement Conditions And Their Appendices. The Exact Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract And The Technical Conditions Are Given In The Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction And The Technical Report, Which Form Annex No. 2 Of These Tender Conditions (Hereinafter Referred To As Dps) And In The Blind List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions, Which Forms Annex No. 3 Of These Tender Conditions (Hereinafter Referred To As The List Of Construction Works). A Detailed Specification Of The Contractors Obligations Is Further Specified In The Draft Contract For The Work (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract For The Work), Which Is Annex No. 1 Of These Tender Conditions. The Participant In The Procurement Procedure (Hereinafter Also Participant Or Contractor) Elaborates His Price Offer By Filling In The List Of Construction Works. The Offer Will Also Include A Draft Construction Schedule (See Article 3.4. Paragraph 5 Of The Tender Conditions). The Relevant Čsn En Iso Standards Apply To Construction Works That Are The Subject Of A Public Contract. The Technical Conditions Of The Used Products And Construction Works Are Specified In The List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions And The Drawing Part Of The Project Documentation. Technical Standards (Descriptions Of Individual Parts Of The Building) With The Determination Of Construction-Physical Requirements And Technical Parameters Of Constructions, Technologies, Products And Materials, And User Standards, Which Clearly Establish Qualitative Parameters And Complete Requirements For The Final Form Of The Building, Are Described In Detail In The Attached Project Documentation, Respectively. In The List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions And In The Binding Sample Contract For The Work. All Used Products Must Comply With The Relevant Provisions Of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., On Technical Requirements For Products And On The Amendment And Addition Of Certain Laws. 2.5. The Contractor Will Provide Any Necessary Occupations For Construction, Excavation Permits, Relocations, Laying Out Networks, Etc. At His Own Expense, While The Costs Necessary For The Settlement And Implementation Of These Activities And Works Must Be Included In The Bid Price.
