Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Loading, Export And Disposal Services For Medical Waste For A Period Of 12 Months In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular: A) The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587) B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of October 5 2017 On The Detailed Method Of Dealing With Medical Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 1975) C) Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment On The Disposal And Storage Of Medical Waste And Veterinary Waste Of November 26, 2021 (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2245) D) Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 54); E) Act Of August 19, 2011 On The Transport Of Dangerous Goods (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 643); F) Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 728), As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect, Load, Export And Dispose Of Medical Waste With The Codes Listed Below: 18 01 01 - Surgical And Treatment Tools And Their Remains (Excluding 18 01 03) 18 01 02* - Body Parts And Organs, As Well As Containers For Blood And Preservatives Used For Its Storage (Except 18 01 03) 18 01 03* - Other Waste That Contains Live Pathogenic Microorganisms Or Their Toxins And Other Forms Capable Of Transferring Genetic Material That Are Known Or There Are Reliable Grounds For Believing That They Cause Diseases In Humans And Animals (E.G. Infected Diapers, Sanitary Pads, Pads), Excluding 18 01 80 And 18 01 82 18 01 82* - Residues From Feeding Patients In The Infectious Disease Ward 18 01 06* - Chemicals, Including Chemical Reagents, Containing Dangerous Substances 18 01 07 - Chemicals, Including Chemical Reagents, Other Than Those Mentioned In 18 01 06 18 01 09 - Medicines Other Than Those Mentioned In 18 01 08 Estimated Monthly Amount Of Waste - Approx. 8,500 Kg Estimated Annual Amount Of Waste - Approx. 102,000 Kg Pursuant To Art. 20 Section 3 And 6 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2019.701), It Is Prohibited To Dispose Of Infectious Medical Waste Outside The Voivodeship In Which It Was Generated, Therefore The Contractor Should Dispose Of The Waste In The Masovian Voivodeship. Medical Waste May Be Disposed Of In A Voivodeship Other Than The One In Which It Was Generated, In The Nearest Installation, If There Is No Installation For The Disposal Of This Waste In A Given Voivodeship Or If The Existing Installations Do Not Have Spare Processing Capacity. In The Event Of A Failure At The Waste Treatment Plant Specified In The Offer, The Contractor Will Provide An Alternative Place For The Disposal Of The Waste Constituting The Subject Of The Order And Will Provide A Substitute Means Of Transport In The Event Of A Vehicle Breakdown.
