Repair And Maintenance Services Of Machinery – Overhaul Of The Gt10 Gas Turbine System In The Köpenick Chp Plant. Bew Berliner Energie Undwärme Gmbh (Bew) Intends To Overhaul The Gt10 Gas Turbine System In The Köpenick Chp Plant. The Existing Turbine Unit From The Manufacturer Solar Turbines, Type Taurus 60, Consisting Of The Engine/Gas Turbine Components And Connected Gearbox, Is To Be Overhauled. The Overhaul Is Carried Out As Part Of A Planned Overhaul According To The Manufacturers Specifications. The Existing Components Can Be Removed And Reinstalled After A Factory Inspection Based On Findings, Or Revised Replacement Units Can Be Used. The Time Window For This Is Outside The Heating Season, From April 1St To September 30Th, 2027. After That, The System Must Be Available Without Restrictions. The Following Services Are Advertised: · Overhaul Of Gas Turbine And Gearbox (Alternatively Delivery Of The Revised Components) · Removal Of The Removed Components For Further Processing By The Contractor · If Necessary, The Diagnosis Of The Components In A Test Field · Fat For Testing The Guaranteed Properties Of The Revised Components In A Test Field · All Necessary Dismantling Work · All Necessary Assembly Work · Provision Of All Necessary Tools And Aids · Commissioning · Comprehensive Documentation A Repair Concept Must Be Submitted With The Offer.
