Social Work And Related Services – Operation And Management Of The Valecoute Departmental Teleassistance Service. The “Valecoute” Teleassistance Service Is Intended To Facilitate Life At Home For Elderly, Disabled Or Sick People Living In Val-De-Marne. It Is Part Of A Partnership System, Formalized By Agreement Associating The Cities Or Municipal Social Action Centers (Ccas) And The Department, Aiming To Facilitate Access To This Service For The Greatest Possible Number Of Dependent Elderly People Or People With Disabilities. Some Cities Grant Their Elderly Or Disabled Citizens Partial Or Total Coverage Of The Subscription And/Or Installation. As Part Of This Contract, The Department May Order Health Risk Prevention Actions From The Holder (For Example As Part Of A Heatwave Plan). Furthermore, The Department Contributes To The Solvency Of A Large Number Of Subscribers Benefiting From Social Benefits, The First Of Which Are The Personalized Autonomy Allowance (Apa), The Third Person Compensatory Allowance (Actp) Or The Disability Compensation Benefit (Pch). The Holder Undertakes To Put In Place The Necessary Means To Respond To Calls From Beneficiaries By Triggering The Appropriate System. To This End, The Holder Must Be Able To Meet The Following Expectations: - Operation Of A Listening Center - Provision To Subscribers Of Transmitters Compatible With Their Telephone Installation, As Well As Their Withdrawal - Promotion And Monitoring Of The Departmental Teleassistance Service With The Municipal Social Action Centers (Ccas), Within The Framework Of An Agreement Binding The Cities And The Department - Maintaining Detailed And Up-To-Date Files - Participation In Meetings With Departmental Managers And, Possibly, Municipal - Establishment Of Information Reports And Satisfaction Surveys - Specific Service Linked To The Prevention Of Health Risks
