The Object Of The Contract Is The Acquisition Of The Necessary Services For The Design, Development, Implementation, Configuration, Integration, Testing, Commissioning, User Training And The Provision Of Technical Support Related To An Integrated It Solution Intended For The Digitization Of Teliu Municipalitys Activity. The Contract Involves The Creation Of A Unified It Platform, Made Up Of Interconnected Software Components, Which Allows Both The Digitization Of The Activities Carried Out Within The Functional Departments Of The Institution (Back-Office), As Well As The Provision Of Electronic Public Services To Citizens And The Business Environment (Front-Office). The It Solution Will Be Designed So That All Its Components Work In A Unified Architecture, Use Common Authentication And Administration Mechanisms, Allow The Automatic Exchange Of Information Between Modules And Ensure The Integrity And Security Of The Processed Data. The Following Categories Of Activities Will Be Carried Out Mainly Within The Contract: • Analysis Of Administrative Processes And Identification Of Functional Requirements; • Designing The It Solution Architecture; • Development And Configuration Of Software Components; • Integration With Existing It Applications And Systems; • Configuration Of Electronic Workflows; • Migration Of The Data Necessary For The Operation Of The System; • Functional, Technical And Acceptance Testing; • Putting The It Solution Into Operation; • Development Of Technical And User Documentation; • Training Of Users Designated By The Contracting Authority; • Providing Technical Support And Maintenance Services For The Period Stipulated In The Contract. The Expected Result Is The Implementation Of An Integrated, Fully Functional It Solution, Which Allows The Digitization Of Administrative Processes, Increasing The Efficiency Of The Institutions Activity And Improving The Relationship With Citizens Through The Provision Of Electronic Public Services.
