Toner For Laser Printers/Fax Machines – Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Original Toners And Image Cylinders For Printing Devices. The Subject Of The Performance Of Public Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Original Toners And Image Cylinders For Printing Equipment (Hereinafter Referred To As The Framework Agreement) Is The Supply Of Original Toners And Image Cylinders According To The Specification Set Out In Appendix No. 5 Of This Tender Documentation Entitled Model Assignment Of Four Annual Supplies Of Original Toners And Image Cylinders For Printing Equipment, (Hereinafter Referred To As The Model Assignment). The Subject Of The Performance Of Public Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement Concluded With One Supplier On An Ongoing Basis For The Duration Of This Agreement Or Until The Financial Limit Of Czk 6,400,000 Excluding Vat Is Exhausted. On The Basis Of The Prepared Framework Agreement, The Selected Supplier Will Ensure Deliveries For The Client Based On An Electronic Order, Which Can Also Be Implemented Via The E-Shop. The Supplier Is Obliged To Deliver The Ordered Goods Within 24 Hours From The Moment Of Delivery Of The Partial Order. In The Event That The Specified Period Is Based On Non-Working Days (Saturday, Sunday, National Holiday), The Supplier Is Obliged To Make Partial Delivery Of The Goods No Later Than 10:00 A.M. On The First Following Working Day. The Quantity Of Individual Items Listed In The Model Specification Is The Quantity Expected, Which Is Based On The Requirements From Previous Years. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Take A Smaller Quantity Or Exceed The Quantity Specified In This Appendix. The Unit Prices Indicated By The Participant In The Procurement Procedure In The Model Tender Are Binding, Maximum Permissible, Unexceeded And Guaranteed Prices For The Entire Duration Of The Framework Agreement. These Prices Can Only Be Changed On The Basis Of The Conditions Specified In The Framework Agreement. The Supplier Undertakes To Collect Empty Toner Cartridges For Ecological Disposal Free Of Charge. Starting From January 1, 2028, The Unit Prices Listed In Annex No. 1 Of The Model Specification May Be Increased As Follows. In The Event That The Rate Of Inflation For The Past Calendar Year Announced By The Czech Statistical Office Exceeds 3%, The Supplier Is Entitled To Ask The Buyer To Start Negotiations On Increasing Unit Prices. The Buyer Is Entitled To Decide On The Adjustment Of Unit Prices By The Rate Of Inflation, Which Will Exceed 3% And At The Same Time Not Exceed The Rate Of Inflation For The Past Calendar Year Announced By The Czech Statistical Office. The Rate Of Inflation According To The Previous Sentence Means The Increase In The Average Annual Consumer Price Index, Announced By The Czech Statistical Office, Expressing The Percentage Change In The Average Price Level For The Last Twelve Months Compared To The Average For The Previous Twelve Months. The Price Can Be Increased Only Once A Year, Viz. Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Original Toners And Image Cylinders For Printing Devices (Annex No. 4 Of The Procurement Documentation).
