The Subject Of The Tender Is The Conclusion Of A Rental Agreement For The Provision Of An Automated Real-Time Pcr System Including The Necessary Software, Commissioning, Instruction As Well As Maintenance And Services For Molecular Genetic Diagnostics. The Rental Agreement Is Concluded With A Term Of 48 Months. The Tender Also Includes The Delivery Of The Consumables And Reagents Required For The Operation In Accordance With The Expected Requirements During The Contract Period. The Estimated Annual Requirements Stated In The Price Sheet Under Item B. Reagents And Consumables Only Serve As A Basis For Calculation. This Does Not Result In Any Purchase Obligations.
