Quay Wall Construction Work – Sustainable Quay Replacement Uilebanen-Boom Sluiterskade. Under The Multi-Year Works Program (Mjpk), The Quay Walls On The Uilebanen And Boom Sluiterskade Must Be Replaced. De Uilebanen (Uil) And Boom Sluiterskade (Bsk) Are Located In The Centrum District, In The Rivierenbuurt-Noord District. The Quays Are Divided Into Two Water Areas And 4 Parts; Two Short Parts And Two Long Parts. The Short Sections Are Located Between Bridge 49 On The Pletterijkade And Bridge 58 - Nieuwe Havenbrug. The Long Parts Are Enclosed By Bridge 58 – Nieuwe Havenbrug And The Zwarteweg And Boom Sluiterskade. In Addition, Some Sewerage Work Is Being Carried Out, The Ground Level Is Being Renovated And The Pedestrian Bridge 455, In The Corner Of Zwarteweg/Boom Sluiterskade, Is Being Replaced. The Requirement For This Assignment Is That All Work Within The Construction Fences (The Work Site) Must Be Carried Out 100% Emission-Free. The Following Activities Are Being Carried Out As Part Of The Integrated Project: 1. Replacement Of The Quay Wall Replacing The Quay Wall On Both Sides Of The Uilebanen And Boom Sluiterskade On Both The Short And Long Parts Of The Streets. This Can Be Roughly Divided Into The Following 4 Parts: • Owl Trees Short Part: 82 Meters • Boom Sluiterskade Short Part: 82 Meters • Owl Trees Long Part: 206 Meters • Boom Sluiterskade Long Part: 212 Meters Sewerage In The Short Part Of The Boom Sluiterskade, The Main Sewer Must Be Replaced Over A Length Of Approximately 90 Meters. In Addition, The House Connections On The Short Part Of The Boom Sluiterskade And The Long And Short Part Of The Uilebanen Must Be Replaced. An Additional Rainwater Sewer Will Also Be Constructed At Uilebanen (Approx. 95 Meters In The Short Part And Approximately 135 Meters In The Long Part). 3. Ground Level Design The Ground Level Must Be Redesigned/Renewed Over The Entire Length Of All Four Quay Wall Sections From Facade To Quay, Including The Intermediate Ground Level On Both Sides Of Bridge 58 - Nieuwe Havenbrug And The Ground Level On The Bridge. 4. Pedestrian Bridge - Bridge 455 In The Long Part Of The Project Area (Adjacent To Zwarteweg/Boom Sluiterskade) The Wooden Pedestrian Bridge Must Be Replaced. 5. Wing Walls Repair Work Needs To Be Carried Out On The Wing Walls Of Bridge 58 – New Harbor Bridge And The Wing Walls Of Bridge 49 – Pletterijkade. Repair Work Means: Repair Joints And/Or Repair Cracks.
