A3366/24-07-2025 Decision, The Period Of Validity Of The Civil Protection Emergency Declaration Was Extended, Which Today Has Expired But The Consequences Remain. In Order To Be Able To Deal With This Unfavorable Situation Of Water Shortage, Among Other Interventions, The Replacement Of Outdated Water Supply Networks Is Required, Where The Networks Are Unable To Respond And Serve The Population, As A Result Of Which There Are Frequent Failures, Accompanied By Interruption Of Water Supply. Typical Were The Examples Of Last Summers Season, Where Settlements Were Left Without Water For Many Hours. Also, The Replacement Of The Outdated Materials Of Water Supply Networks Will Contribute To The Reduction Of Leaks And Consequently To Ensuring The Quantitative Adequacy And Quality Improvement Of The Distributed Water. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To €658,145.45 Including Vat. (Budget Without Vat €530,762.46 & Vat €127/382.99). A Detailed Description Of The Physical And Economic Object Of The Contract Is Given In The Attached Study Of This Announcement. The Study Quantities Are Indicative. It Is Allowed To Modify The Quantities Between The Lines Of The Contract. The Quantities Can Be Modified With Items Included In The Contract And With The Offer Price Given By The Contractor For Each Item. This Modification Becomes Immaterial Since It Does Not Change The Financial Balance Of The Contract (Article 132 Par. 1E), As A Necessary Condition Is That These Changes Will Range Up To The Limits Of The Contract Amount. The Contract Will Be Awarded With The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Based On Price. Offers Are Submitted For The Entire Contractual Object. This Contract Is Not Divided Into Parts And Is Assigned As A Single Whole, Because The Physical Object Is Single And Indivisible To Enable The Immediate Operation Of The Supplies. The Duration Of The Contract Will Be For Two Years From The Signing Of The Contract, Or Until The Budget Is Exhausted
