Sulphate Of Aluminum – Supplies Of Aluminum Sulfate. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Aluminum Sulphate In An Amount Of 2,458 Tons (Hereinafter Referred To As The Product). Note: The Ordering Party Declares That It Guarantees The Execution Of The Order To A Minimum Extent Of 1,906 Tons. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 3. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 4. The Means Of Proof In Question: 4.1. In Order To Demonstrate That The Offered Product Complies With The Requirements Specified In Annex 5 To The Swz - I.E. In The Opz, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Submit The Following Together With The Offer. Subject Evidence: 1) Current Hygienic Certificate Issued By The National Institute Of Public Health - National Institute Of Hygiene, Authorizing The Product For Use In Drinking Water; 2) Technical Specification Of The Offered Product. Note: The Technical Specification Should Confirm Compliance With All Requirements Specified In Point 2 Of Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Opz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Technical Specification Include Specific Numerical Values ​​For The Parameters Indicated In Point 2 Of The Opz (Apart From The Form). The Ordering Party Allows Providing Parameters In Units Other Than Those Indicated In The Opz, Provided That They Can Be Converted Into The Units Specified Therein. The Ordering Party Will Accept Equivalent Means Of Evidence If They Confirm That The Offered Supplies Meet The Requirements Specified In The Opz. 4.2. The Ordering Party Stipulates That If The Contractor Fails To Submit The Evidence Referred To Above, Or If The Evidence Submitted Turns Out To Be Incomplete, It Will Call On The Contractor In Accordance With Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Act, To Submit Or Supplement Them Within The Prescribed Deadline.
