Computer-Related Services – Service Concession Relating To The Design, Construction And Operation Of A Datacenter On Land Within The Rungis International Market. The Datacenter Will Occupy A Plot Of Land With A Surface Area Of ​​25,000 M². Feasibility Studies Demonstrate Constructability Of 11,500 M² Sdp. The Site Does Not Present Any Specific Regulatory Or Administrative Constraints. Semmaris Initiated The “Flora Fauna” Study At The Beginning Of 2026, The Conclusions Will Be Established At The Beginning Of 2027. The Site Will Be Able To Host An Artificial Intelligence Solution And/Or A Cloud Hosting Solution For Which The Dealer Will Be Remunerated. He Will Assume The Risk. The Datacenter Will Be Sized So That It Can Be Powered Up To 55 Mw Of Electricity. The Project Will Integrate The Recovery Of Waste Heat Into The Semmaris Heating Network. Semmaris Will Make The Land Available Until 12/31/2068, The End Of The Mission Entrusted By The State To Semmaris. The Concession Duration Is Justified By The Very High Level Of Investments Linked To The Operation. This Concession Will Constitute Occupation Of The Public Domain. The Concessionaire Will Pay, On The One Hand, An Entry Fee Which Will Include In Particular The Cost Communicated By Rte For The Electrical Connection (Estimated At €29.113 Million) Supplemented By The Amount Proposed By The Candidate And, On The Other Hand, A Fixed Occupancy Fee As Well As Additional Remuneration That It Will Propose In Its Offer.
