The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Banking Services For The Budget Of The City Of Zduńska Wola In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2030 And The Taking Out Of An Overdraft By The City Of Zduńska Wola To Cover The Temporary Deficit Occurring During The Year In The Years 2027-2030. 2. The Order Includes: 1) Opening, Maintaining And Closing Bank Accounts, 2) Executing Domestic And Foreign Transfer Orders, Including Instant Transfers, 3) Making All Payments To The Ordering Partys Accounts And Withdrawals From These Accounts, 4) Providing Access, Including Installation And Reinstallation Of Electronic Banking Software At The Positions Indicated By The Ordering Party And Its Servicing, 5) Providing Electronic Banking Services, 6) Generating And Providing Bank Statements, 7) Issuing And Servicing Payment Cards, 8) Enabling Payments Via Pos Terminals By The Ordering Partys Contractors To The Ordering Partys Accounts, Including Providing, Installing And Servicing Pos Terminals And Handling Transactions Made Using Them With Cards Issued Under International Payment Systems, 9) Granting (In Each Year Of The Contract) A Loan In The Current Account Of The City Budget, 10) Training Employees Designated By The Ordering Party In The Use Of Electronic Banking And Terminals And Providing Them With Support By Telephone Or Via E-Mail, At Least During The Working Hours Of The Units (Including Remotely, E.G. Via Ms Teams), 11) Providing Substantive And Technical Support By Bank Advisors Appointed For The Ordering Party, 12) Service Of Investing Free Funds, 13) Issuing Certificates, Opinions And Other Documents Regarding Cooperation, 14) Informing The Ordering Party By Telephone And E-Mail About Seizures Of Property Rights Constituting Receivables From Bank Accounts Received By The Contractor The Ordering Party, Before The Execution Of The Seizure, 15) Providing All Information Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, 16) Other Banking Activities. 3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Organizational Units Of The City Of Zduńska Wola (In Plus Or Minus) Or To Change The Names And Addresses Of Entities Made As A Result Of Organizational Changes. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has (As Of January 4, 2027 And Throughout The Period Of Service Provision) A Headquarters Or A Branch/Branch In Zduńska Wola To Provide Full Service To The Ordering Party, I.E. Covered By The Subject Of The Order, At Least 5 Days A Week, A Minimum Of 8 Hours A Day. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
