Data Services - Geospatial Diagnostic Service. Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Geospatial And Ecological Diagnostic Services Required For The Issuance Of A Green Space Certificate. The Service Providers Task Is To Provide The Full Range Of Geospatial, Ecological And Green Infrastructure Diagnostic Services Required For The Issuance Of The Green Space Certificate. The Purpose Of The Service Is To Produce An Authentic, Reproducible And Auditable Database, Gis File And Professional Documentation That Is Suitable For The Preparation Of The Green Area Certificate. The Task Includes, In Particular, A Detailed Description In The Technical Description: - The Gis Survey Of The Examined Area (Field Data Collection Must Always Include Drone Data Collection), - The Examination Of The State And Structure Of The Green Infrastructure, - The Determination Of The Ecological Performance, - The Evaluation Of The Biological Activity, - The Calculation Of The Green Area Indicators, - The Creation Of The Necessary Digital Spatial Databases, - The Preparation Of The Background Documentation Required For The Certificate. The Framework Amount Of The Framework Agreement: Huf 1,000,000,000 Net. The Tenderer Is Not Obliged To Exhaust The Framework Amount. Based On § 104, Paragraph (7). The Tenderer Does Not Have Any Information Regarding When The Start-Up Procedures Are Expected In Time For The Investments Affected By The Certificate, I.E. In What Schedule The Actual Certification Requests Will Appear, As Well As The Extent Of The Green Area Covered By The Individual Investments. The Tenderer Provides The Following Information For Information Purposes: - Number Of Voluntary And Mandatory Certifications In The Last 12 Months: 10 Voluntary, 10 Mandatory. The Distribution Of These Is As Follows: A) Most Certifications Were For Areas Over 100,000 M2 (All Were Mandatory Cases, 5 In Total, 1,019,960 M2 In Total), All Of Them Industrial Areas (According To Zoning Classification). B) This Is Followed In Number By The Certifications Carried Out In The Area Between 6,500-10,000M2, The Zoning Of Which Was Without Exception Brownfield. C) In Connection With Industrial And Brown Field Investments, A Total Of Approx. An Area Of 1,300,000 M2 Has Been Certified. D) The Other Certifications Related To Landscape Architecture Works Or Other Construction Investments, Industrial Investments In Smaller Areas, But Their Number Is Less Than Half Of The Above Categories - According To The Information Of The Competent Government Offices, 96 Construction Permits Were Issued Until February 2026, In Connection With Which It Is Expected That It Will Be Necessary To Prepare The Green Area Certificate Before Use. Based On The Above Trend, The Expected Volume Is 20 Certifications/Year, Covering A Total Area Of 1,300,000 M2. The Tenderer Records The Expected Volume For Informational Purposes Only, And Does Not Undertake To Call It. The Detailed Technical Description Is Contained In The Public Procurement (Offer) Documentation.
