Tender for Supply Of Influenza A/B Real Time Pcr Kit With Subtypes(H1n1/H3n2) And Viral Rna Extraction Kit (Pack Of 100 Tests). , Influenza A/B Real Time Pcr Kit With Subtypes (H1n1/H3n2) And Viral Rna Extraction Kit (Pack Of 100 Tests) Specification:- I.The Kit Should Have Multiplexed Design With Coverage Of Gene Targets Specific To Influenza A, Influenza B, Influenza A Subtypes H1n1 And H3n2 On Real Time Pcr Based Methodology. Targets Covered Should Include Matrix Protein Gene Specific Region Of Influenza A, Nucleoprotein Gene Specific Region Of Influenza B, Hemagglutinin Gene Specific Region Of H1n1 And H3n2 Subtype. Ii. The Kit Should Allow Differential Identification Along With Endogenous Internal Control In Clinical Samples Including Nasopharyngeal And Oropharyngeal Swabs, Sputum, Anterior Nasal Swabs, Mid Turbinates Nasal Swabs, Bronchoalveolar Lavage. Iii. The Probes For All The 4 Targets(I.E.Targets Specific To Influenza A, Influenza B, Influenza A Specific Subtypes H1n1 And H3n2 Along With Endogenous Internal Control) Should Be Labelled With Different Dyes Based On The Taqman Chemistry. Iv.The Kits Should Have One Step Rt-Pcr Protocols With Reduced Run Times. V. The Kit Should Not Have Any Cross Reactivity With Other Respiratory Pathogens. Vi. The Kit Should Be Compatible With Silica Column Based Single Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit For Multiple Sample Types I.E. Nasopharyngeal/ Oropharyngeal Swab Samples, Sputum, Anterior Nasal Swabs, Mid Turbinates Nasal Swabs, Bronchoalveolar Lavage. Vii. The Kit Should Be Compatible With Commonly Available Rt-Pcr Instruments From Roche, Biorad, Qiagen, Quantstudio Instruments Calibrated With Dyes (Fam, Hex/Vic, Cys, Texas Red/Rox Or Equivalent Dyes). Viii. The Kit Should Have A Shelf Life Of 12 Months. Ix. The Kit Should Be Available In Pack Size Of 100 Tests. X. The Kit Should Be European Eu Ce-Ivd/Us Fda Marked And Copy Of Same Should Be Enclosed. Xi. The Test Kit Should Be Both Manufactured And Marketed By Indian Entity Under Make In India Initiative. Xii.
