Supply Of c/s of end part (emu tc swap) , one coach set of end part air conditioned emu trailer coaches to drg.nos. emu/c/ac-1-1-002, alt d col-i-1no, emu/c/ac-1-1-003, alt c col-i-1no. special condition : (i)the manufacturing facility requirement as per icf/md/spec-147, issue status-01, rev-02, amen dment no.02. (ii)body bolster to drg.no. icf/mrvc/c/ss-1-1-005, alt h col.i to be provided without a) sidebearers to drg.no. emu/m-1-1-027, alt l col.ii b) grub screws to drg.no.ic f/mrvc/c/ss-1-1-005,alt h item-8 and c) side bearer covers to drg.no. emu/m-1-1-027, alt l item-1. (iii) the underframe end part should be supplied with normal side up and side bea rer side down. suitable packing to be done to avoid damage during transit, unloading and rust prevention during storage. details for stage inspection. (a) raw material stage # ensure the raw material used using portable spectrometer (b) jig stage # assembly of sole bar with cross members. # assembly of body bolster arrangement. # welding of ribs with sole bar. # placing & welding of top sheet arrangement. # dimensional & visual checks. # punching of serial no & ensuring proper traceability.
