1) The Subject Is The Design And Construction Of 36 Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Iwkowa Commune In The Design And Build Formula. 2) The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of 36 Home Sewage Treatment Plants In Households. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Develop Comprehensive Design Documentation And Obtain All Documents Required By Law Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including The Required Arrangements Or Permits In The Relevant Catchment Management Board Of The Regional Water Management Board In Krakow (Pgw Wody Polskie), If Necessary, B) Performance Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor (Verified And Approved By The Ordering Party) And Preparation Of An Application For An Occupancy Permit (If Required) Or Notification Of Completion Works, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard, Standards, Guidelines, And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. 4) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of 36 Home Sewage Treatment Plants Located In The Towns Of: Dobrociesz, Drużków Pusty, Iwkowa, Kąty, Połom Mały, Wojakowa, Along With All Devices, Installations And Equipment Necessary For Their Proper Functioning. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Construction Of Installations Discharging Purified Sewage To Final Recipients, The Provision Of Electrical Power To The Treatment Plant, And The Technical And Technological Commissioning. 5) The Order Also Includes Accompanying Works And Temporary Works Not Covered By The Order Description, Necessary To Be Taken Into Account Due To The Provisions Of The Construction Law And For Their Proper Completion. These Works Include In Particular: 1) Organization, Security And Appropriate Marking Of The Construction Site, 2) Preparation Of Documentation For Final Acceptance, 3) Liquidation Of The Construction Site And Its Proper Completion. Tidying Up.6) As Part Of The Investment Project, The Contractors Duties Will Include Performing An As-Built Inventory For The Completed Home Sewage Treatment Plants.7) The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Determined By: - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
