1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Designed By The Contractor Consisting Of: Design, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Home Mechanical And Biological Sewage Treatment Plants (Pboś) With A Trickling Bed, Compliant With The Current Harmonized Standard En 12566-3+ A2:2013 (Or An Equivalent Standard) In The Bielany Commune In The Amount Of 35 Units. The Scope Of Works Includes The Construction Of A Mechanical And Biological Sewage Treatment Plant With An External Sanitary Sewage System From A Residential Building, A Treated Sewage Receiver, Electrical Power Supply, Technical And Technological Start-Up. The Purified Sewage Receiver For The Smallest Sewage Treatment Plants In The Series, I.E. Type A Should Be Selected For A Minimum Of 4 Pe. In Cases Where It Is Necessary As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Purchase, Deliver, Install And Launch A Raw Sewage Pumping Station. Domestic And Economic Sewage Will Be Directed To The Pboś In A Unit Amount Of 140 - 160 L/M/D (Liters Per Inhabitant Per Day), Which Means That This Sewage Will Have The Following Average Parameters: Bod5 400 Go2/M3, Total Suspended Solids - 350 G/M3, Cod - 600 Go2/M3. The Treatment Plant After Construction Start-Up Must Purify The Sewage To The Parameters Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Maritime Economy And Shipping Of July 12, 2019 On The Conditions To Be Met When Discharging Sewage Into Water Or Land And On Substances Particularly Harmful To The Aquatic Environment (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 1311).Bod5 - 40 Mg O2/Lcoztcr - 150 Mg O2/Ltotal Suspension - 50 Mg/Lthe Completed Installation (Pboś) Must Have A Sampling Point For Raw Sewage And Treated Sewage.2. Number Of Treatment Plants Divided Into Series: 1) Type A – Treatment Plant With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 0.6 M3/D, For Min. 4 Pe – 12 Pcs.2) Type B – Treatment Plant With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 0.9 M3/D, For Min. 6 Pe – 9 Pcs.3) Type C – Treatment Plant With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 1.35 M3/D, For Min. 9 Pe – 13 Pcs.4) Type D – Treatment Plant With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 1.8 M3/D, For Min. 12 Pln – 1 Pc.3. The Contractor Will Obtain All Maps, Notifications, Soil Tests, Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Required In Accordance With Polish And Local Law, Necessary For The Design, Construction, Commissioning And Commissioning Of Pboś. The Acceptance Of All The Contractors Documents By The Ordering Party Is A Necessary Condition For The Performance Of The Contract, But Does Not Limit The Contractors Liability Under The Contract.4. To Perform The Contract, The Contractor Will Use Materials And Devices That Meet The Minimum Standard Described Below: 1) Pipelines And Fittings: A) Gravity Channels For Raw And Treated Sewage Should Be Made Of Pvc-U Sn8 Pipes And Fittings, Made Of Solid Plastic, With Socket Connections Connected With A Rubber Gasket, In Accordance With The Pn-En 1401-1+A1:2023-09 Standard. B) Channel Raw Sewage Should Be Designed Dn 160 Mm. In
