Detailed Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order For Individual Packages: 3.1 Package 1 Transportation Of Disabled Students Entitled To Free Transportation - Rehabilitation And Education Center In Dąbrowa Tarnowska Based In Sutkowo In The School Year 2026/2027.1. Purchase Of Transport Services Consisting In Ensuring Safe, Punctual And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including Meeting All Legal Requirements, Transport For Ten (10) Students With A Certificate Of Need For Special Education From The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Dąbrowa Tarnowska Commune To The Center Indicated In The Announcement And The Return Home Of These Students, While Providing Them With Care During Transport.2. The Contract Will Be Drawn Up For The Route, On The Section Of The Road From The Pupils Place Of Residence To The Building Of The Revalidation And Education Center In Dąbrowa Tarnowska, Based In Sutkowo, At The Rate Per 1 Km Of Mileage.3. When Organizing Transport, Disabled Pupils Should Be Delivered At 8:00 A.M., And The Transport From The Center To The Place Of Residence Will Take Place Around 2:00 P.M. The Number Of Kilometers Of Services Provided Above Is Indicative, And The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Services Actually Provided.4.
