1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Gas Boilers With Automation And The Reconstruction Of The Internal Gas Installation Along With The Reconstruction Of The Gas Detection System In The Building Of The Primary School In Koźmice Wielkie, Commune. Wieliczka Plot No. 268/2. The Reconstruction Is Caused By The Need To Replace Gas Boilers With New Ones And To Modify The Active Gas Leak Detection System In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Building Is Supplied With High-Methane Natural Gas Gz 50 From The Existing Medium-Pressure Gas Connection. The Measuring Unit Is Located On The Wall Of The Building. The Designed Gas Installation Will Be Used To Supply High-Methane E-Type Gas Fuel To Central Heating Boilers. Internal Low-Pressure Gas Installation Made Of Steel Pipes With Diameters Dn 40, Dn 80, Dn 125 With An Active Gas Detection System. 2. The Building In Question Is Provided With Heat From A Gas Boiler Room Using Type E Gas Fuel. The Boiler Room Will Be Powered By Gz-50 Natural Gas Supplied From The Municipal Gas Network. Gas Consumption Measurement - G40 Gas Meter Installed In A Gas Cabinet Outside The Building, In Accordance With The Drawing. The Boiler Room Is Located On Floor -1. It Is Planned To Modernize The Gas Boiler Room Based On Two Floor-Standing Condensing Gas Boilers With A Closed Combustion Chamber With A Nominal Heat Load Of 28-170 Kw. Currently, Domestic Hot Water Is Prepared In Hot Water Tanks Supported By A Solar Installation. The Boiler Room Will Be Equipped With Full Control And Regulation Automation. The Boilers Will Be Protected By Syr 1915 Safety Valves, And The Installation Will Be Equipped With An Expansion Vessel Located In The Boiler Room (No Changes). The Heating Installation Operates In A Closed System. It Is Planned To Supplement The Water In The Heating Zones With Demineralized Water Through A Device For Demineralization Of Water Located In The Boiler Room. In Addition To The Boilers, The Installation Includes: - Safety Fittings (Safety Valves) - Designed, - Boiler Pumps - Existing, - Expansion Vessel For Central Heating - Existing, - Filters And Check Valves, - Shut-Off Fittings, - Measuring Fittings. (Manometers And Thermometers), − Central Heating Circulation Pumps – Existing, − Hot Water Circulation Pump – Existing, − Mixing Valves With Actuators – Existing, − Expansion Vessel For Domestic Water – Existing, − Distributors With All Fittings – Existing. The Total Power Of The Boilers That Will Be Powered By The Designed Gas Installation Will Be 340 Kw. Two Complete Door Sets For The Gas Boiler Room Should Be Delivered And Installed: A Door In The Upper Wall Of The Boiler Room And A Door In The Lower Right Corner Of The Plan, Leading To The Adjacent Room, I.E.: - A Complete Steel System Of The Ei2 30 Fire-Resistant Door Set, Full, Single-Leaf, With A Passage Clearance Of Min. 0.90 X 2.00 M, Into An Existing Opening Approx. 0.94 X 2.06 M, Including A Door Frame, Intumescent Seals, A Pnen 1154 Do
