The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works For The Investment Titled: Construction Of Two Publicly Accessible Multi-Purpose Sports Fields In The Towns Of Płociczno-Osiedle And Zielone Kamedulskie, Including The Following Tasks: Task 1: Revitalization Of Degraded Areas In The Town Of Płociczno-Osiedle, Plot No. 364/177 - Construction Of A Recreational Pitch; Task 2: Revitalization Of Degraded Areas In Msc. Zielone Kamedulskie Plot No. 16/13 - Construction Of A Recreational Pitch. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Revitalization Of Degraded Areas In Msc. Płociczno-Osiedle Plot No. 364/177 - Construction Of A Recreational Pitch. Made Of Polyurethane On A Permeable Base From Kł, Framed With An Edge; B) Construction Of A 4.0 M High Panel Fence, Along With A 3.0 M Wide Entrance Gate To Service The Facility And 3 1.2 M Wide Gates; C) Installation Of Sports Equipment Such As Goals And Baskets; D) Lighting The Area With 3 Hybrid Lamps, 3.0 M High; E) Hardening Of The Access And Access Roads In The Area Plot; F) Tidying Up And Restoring The Construction Area (I.E. The Plot On Which The Works Were Carried Out And The Adjacent Areas, If They Were Disturbed By The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement) To The Pre-Construction Condition Or Better (In Particular, Repairing The Hardened Surface In The Event Of Disturbance, Removing Grass, Removing Vegetation); 2) Revitalization Of Degraded Areas In The City Of Zielone Kamedulskie, Plot No. 16/13 - Construction Recreational Pitch. The Scope Of Work To Be Performed Includes: A) Construction Of A Multi-Functional Pitch With External Dimensions Of 19.5 M X 33.0 M And A Polyurethane Surface On A Permeable Base Made Of Kł, Framed With An Edge; B) Construction Of A 4.0 M High Panel Fence, With An Entrance Gate 3.0 M Wide For The Facility And 3 Goals 1.2 M Wide; C) Installation Of Sports Equipment. Gates, Baskets; D) Illuminating The Area With 2 Hybrid Lamps, 2.0 M High; E) Hardening The Access And Access Road Within The Plot; F) Tidying Up And Restoring The Construction Area (I.E. The Plot On Which The Works Were Carried Out And The Adjacent Areas, If They Were Disturbed By The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement) To The Pre-Construction Condition Or Better (In Particular, Repairing The Paved Surface In The Event Of Disturbance, Sifting Out The Grass, Offsetting Vegetation).3. Before Installing The Materials, The Contractor Should Obtain The Approval Of The Ordering Party/Supervision Inspector For The Material/Device Intended For Installation.4.
