Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for Staff Psychosocial Support, Wellbeing, and Team Building Program 3. Objectives The consultancy aims to: Specific Objectives Provide professional counselling and psychosocial support services. Design and implement staff well-being initiatives. Facilitate team-building activities at country office and field office levels. Build staff capacity in stress management, resilience, self-care, and emotional wellbeing. Establish mechanisms for ongoing psychosocial support and referral services. 4. Scope of Work The consultant shall provide psychosocial support, staff wellbeing, and team-building services through physical and virtual platforms across CARE South Sudan offices and program locations. Component 1: Psychosocial Support and Counselling Services A. Group Counselling Sessions The consultant shall: Facilitate structured group counselling and psychosocial rehabilitation sessions. Develop and deliver context-specific psychosocial support interventions. Provide practical coping skills for managing stress, anxiety, uncertainty, and traumatic experiences. Support staff to develop strategies for managing fear, grief, loss, and work-related challenges. Promote positive thinking, emotional wellbeing, resilience, and self-care practices. Conduct periodic virtual and in-person psychosocial support sessions across program locations. Utilize online platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, and other approved communication tools to reach staff in remote locations. B. Individual Counselling Services The consultant shall: Provide confidential one-on-one counselling services to staff referred to by the Human Resources Department. Support staff experience: Bereavement and loss Serious illness Depression and anxiety Trauma-related concerns Family-related challenges Gender-based violence (GBV) Sexual harassment and abuse-related distress Work-related stress and burnout Conduct family counselling sessions where necessary and upon consent of the staff member.
