The Scope Of Works Includes: • Removal Of Trees And Bushes, Removal Of Topsoil; • Earthworks; • Profiling Of The Existing Surface; • Cleaning Of The Drainage Ditch; • Reconstruction Of The Slopes Of The Existing Culvert; • Adaptation Of The Newly Constructed Surface To The Existing Bituminous Surface; • Construction Of A River Bed; • Construction Of A Natural Aggregate Base; • Strengthening The Foundation With Concrete Aggregate And Natural Aggregate; • Making A Surface With A Mineral-Bituminous Mixture, A Binding Layer 5 Cm Thick And 3 M Wide; • Making A Surface With A Mineral-Bituminous Mixture, A Wearing Layer 3 Cm Thick And 3 M Wide; • Laying 0.80 M Wide Roadsides On Both Sides (Each); • Adjusting The Height Of U12 Protective Barriers. The Contractors Responsibilities Include: - Taking Over The Works Area From The Employer; - Securing And Fencing The Work Area; - Locating And Preparing The Construction Site Facilities According To Your Needs And At Your Own Expense; - Providing The Health And Safety Plan In Accordance With Art. 21A Of The Construction Law Act; - Providing The Ordering Party With A Cost Estimate Of The Works - Constituting An Annex To The Contract, Consistent With The Cost Estimate Items Of The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz; - Providing The Works Managers Declaration Of Assuming Duties Along With A Complete Set Of Licenses And Certificates Required By Law; - Ensuring Supervision Of The Property At Its Own Expense; - Ensuring The Consumption Of Electricity And Water At Its Own Expense; - Bearing Full Responsibility For The Use And Safety Of All Activities Carried Out On And Outside The Work Site And Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of Construction, Also - In The Case Of Third Parties; - Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works, Construction Facilities And Adjacent Areas Occupied Or Used By The Contractor, Including Renovating, At Its Own Expense, Structures, Roads Or Their Fragments, Surfaces Or Installation; - Immediately Informing The Ordering Party (Investor Supervision Inspector) About Technical Problems And Circumstances That May Affect The Quality Of The Works Or The Date Of Completion Of The Works; - Providing The Ordering Party With All Documents Necessary To Settle The Investment, - Performing An As-Built Surveying Inventory (3 Copies), - Preparing Acceptance Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Mark Out The Main Points By An Authorized Surveyor And Is Responsible For Protecting The Marked Measuring Points Until The Final Acceptance. Works.
