Part I - Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment And Elements Of Small Architecture1) The Scope Of Part I Includes The Entire Section 2 Of Each Of The Four Bills Of Quantities, Regarding The Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment And Elements Of Small Architecture2) The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Delivery Of Playground Equipment And Elements Of Small Architecture Provided For In The Design Documentation; B) Transport Of The Devices And Elements To The Implementation Site; C) Unloading And Arrangement Of The Devices; D) Assembly Of Playground Equipment And Elements Of Small Architecture; E) Carrying Out All Assembly Activities Necessary For The Correct And Safe Use Of The Devices; F) Ensuring The Required Safety Zones; G) Performing The Assembly In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Requirements Of Relevant Standards; H) Providing The Required Documents Regarding Devices And Elements Of Small Architecture, Including Certificates, Declarations, Attestations And Other Documents Required By Law Or Design Documentation; I) Securing Devices And Elements Of Small Architecture During Transport, Unloading And Assembly; J) Removing Waste Generated In Connection With The Implementation Of The Scope Of Part I; K) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works Assembly Works.3) The Contractor Of Part I Is Liable For Any Damage To The Surface, Substructures, Fences, Greenery, Existing Landscaping Elements And Other Infrastructure Elements Resulting From The Transport, Unloading Or Assembly Of Devices And Small Architecture Elements.4) The Contractor Of Part I Is Obliged, At His Own Expense, To Remove Any Damage And To Tidy Up And Restore The Area To Proper Condition After The Completion Of The Assembly Works.
