The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Road In The Bytów Commune On The Udorpie - Ugoszcz Section, 2.4 Km Long, Along With The Modernization Of Provincial Road No. 212 On The Section From Km 47+710 To Km 49+000. The Order Will Be Implemented Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program, Priority 3, Measure 3.3. Urban Mobility - Iti Outside The Fep 2021-2027 Metropolitan Area. Scope Of The Order: A) Demolition Of Exits, Sidewalks, Roadways, Fences, Building Structures, B) Felling Of Trees And Bushes, C) Construction Of Roads, Sidewalks, Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths, Bicycle Paths, Pedestrian Paths, D) Construction Of Slope Reinforcements (Including Retaining Walls), E) Construction Of A New Fencing, F) Construction Of Street Lighting, G) Construction Of Drainage, H) Construction Of A Storm Sewage Network, I) Construction Of A Water Supply Network, J) Reconstruction Of The Telecommunications Network, K) Reconstruction Of The Gas Network, L) Reconstruction Of The Electricity Network, M) Construction Of A Service Channel, N) Removal Of Conflicts With Existing Networks, O) Development Of Green Areas, P) Purchase And Installation (Change) Of Signage In Accordance With The Permanent Traffic Organization, Q) Construction Of Drainage Road,R) Modernization Of Provincial Road No. 212 On The Section From Km 47+710 To Km 49+000;S) Performing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory (2 Copies), T) Purchasing And Installing Two Information Boards In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party According To The Attached Template. The Contractors Obligations Include: A) Taking Over The Work Area From The Ordering Party And The Relevant Road Managers; B) Securing And Fencing The Area Works; C) Locating And Preparing The Construction Site Facilities According To Your Needs And At Your Own Expense; D) Providing The Health And Safety Plan In Accordance With Art. 21A Of The Construction Law Act (If Necessary); E) Providing The Construction Managers Declaration On Assuming The Duties Of A Construction Manager Along With A Complete Set Of Licenses And Certificates Required By Law; F) Ensuring Supervision Of The Property At Its Own Expense; G) Ensuring The Consumption Of Electricity And Water At Its Own Expense; H) Bearing Full Responsibility For The Use And Safety Of All Activities Carried Out On And Outside The Work Site And Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of Construction, Also In The Case Of Third Parties Who Will Use The Road During The Works; I) Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works, The Construction Facilities And Adjacent Areas Occupied Or Used By The Contractor, Including Renovations At The Contractors Own Expense Of Those Destroyed Or Damaged During The Works; The Result Of The Work On The Facilities, Roads Or Their Fragments, Surfaces Or Installations;J) Immediately Informing The Ordering Party (Investors Supervision Inspector) About Technical Problems And Circumstances That May Affect The Qu
