The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Ul. Sportowa In Ruda (Road 117239E - Part From The Provincial Road To The Sports Field) - Increased Safety. The Scope Of The Order Includes Stage I - Execution Of Drainage (According To The Attached Scope Of Works Stage I): 1) Laying A Channel Of Pp Sn12 Pipes With A Diameter Of 200 Mm; 2) Laying A Channel Of Pp Sn12 Pipes With A Diameter Of 400 Mm; 3) Laying A Channel Of Pp Sn12 Pipes With A Diameter Of 400 Mm; Diameter 600 Mm; 4) Arrangement Of Prefabricated Concrete Street Sewage Chambers With A Diameter Of 500 Mm With A Cast Iron Inlet, Settling Tank Without A Siphon With A Waste Basket On A C16/20 Concrete Slab, Thickness 20 Cm; 5) Arrangement Of An Inspection Well In A Ready-Made Trench Made Of Concrete Rings With A Diameter Of 800 Mm On A C16/20 Concrete Slab, Thickness 20 Cm; 6) Placing An Inspection Well In A Ready-Made Trench Made Of Concrete Rings With A Diameter Of 1000 Mm On A C16/20 Thick Concrete Slab. 20 Cm;7) Placing An Inspection Well In A Ready-Made Trench Made Of Concrete Rings With A Diameter Of 1500 Mm On A C16/20 Thick Concrete Slab. 20 Cm;8) Clearing The Ditch Of Silt With Slope Profiling;9) Making Fascine Fences;10) Restoring The Surface After The Works. The Order Also Includes The Preparation Of Appropriate Documents Resulting From The Issued Permits, Permits And Notifications Necessary For The Use Of The Investment Task Covered By The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Made In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Of An Auxiliary Nature And Do Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or The Basis For The Valuation Of Offers. The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Determine The Scope Of Work Covered By The Subject Of The Order. The Statements Included In The Bills Of Quantities Are Only Intended To Illustrate The Scale Of The Works And Help Contractors Estimate The Investment Costs.
