Part I - Animal Products, Meat And Meat Products, (List Of Assortment Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz)1) General Requirements: All Products Must Come From Legal Sources, Be Admitted To Trading In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland And Have Veterinary Certificates And Identification Markings (Quality Marks, Production Plant Codes, Etc.). • Meat Products Must Be Fresh (Not Previously Frozen), Have A Current Expiration Date, Without Signs Spoilage, Discoloration, Mucus Or Unpleasant Odor.• Products Must Comply With The Haccp System And Sanitary Regulations Applicable To Collective Feeding Of Children And Adolescents.• All Offered Products Must Meet The Requirements Specified In: O The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs In Schools, O Current Guidelines Of The State Sanitary Inspection.2) Detailed Requirements: A) Raw Meat (Pork, Poultry, Beef): • Meat Must Be Fresh, Refrigerated, Not Frozen, • It Must Not Contain Bone Inclusions, Skin, Cartilage Or Excessive Amounts Of Fat, • It Should Be Cleaned, Without Tendons And Unpleasant Odors, • Acceptable Packaging: Polyethylene Bags, Transport Boxes At A Temperature Of 0–4°C.B) Meat Products (E.G. Hot Dogs, Sausages Poultry, Hams):• Only Products Allowed: O Without The Addition Of Msm (Mechanically Separated Meat), O Without The Addition Of Phosphates, Flavor Enhancers, Dyes, O Without Monosodium Glutamate, Artificial Flavors. 3) Packaging And Transport Conditions: • Transport And Delivery In Refrigerated Conditions - Raw Meat 0-4°C, Meat Products Up To 6°C, • Packaging Should Be Intact, Tight And Marked In Accordance With The Regulation (Eu) 1169/2011 - The Label Must Contain: Product Name, Production Date, Expiry Date, Storage Conditions, Manufacturers Data, Composition.4) Principles Of Compliance With The Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents: Meat And Processed Products Offered Under The Order Must: • Comply With The Standards Of Mass Nutrition For Children Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016, • Do Not Contain Additives Prohibited Or Not Recommended For Children (E.G. Mom, Monosodium Glutamate, Preservatives, Dyes, Artificial Flavors, Phosphates), • Be Free From Allergens Not Marked In The Composition.5) Quality Control Of Delivered Meat Products. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Conduct Unannounced Inspections Of Delivered Meat And Meat Products In Terms Of Compliance With The Requirements Of This Opz. The Verification Methodology Includes: A) Organoleptic Assessment: • Smell, Color, Texture, Presence Of Blooms Or Discoloration, Consistency, • For Products Processed - Structure, Naturalness Of The Cross-Section, Taste. B) Documentary And Label Assessment: • No Mom, Declared Composition, Expiration Date, Transport Temperature.
