1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Project Entitled: Construction Of A Warehouse For Civil Defense Needs In Kolsk. The Task Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. The Contractor Develops Full Design Documentation, Obtains The Necessary Administrative Decisions And Carries Out Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Design Works Within The Plot In Question With Obtaining A Permit For The Construction Of A Municipal Third-Party Liability Warehouse, A Complete Construction, Technical And Executive Design; B) Construction Works - Construction Of A Closed Shell; C) Installation Works (Connections, External And Internal Installations) - Electrical Installation; D) Construction Works - Finishing Works, Facades; E) Obtaining A Notification Of Completion Of Works Or Obtaining An Occupancy Permit (If Required) And Submitting As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party. Investment Location: Kolsko Plot No. 1/23, Kolsko Precinct, Kolsko Commune.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In: • Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program (Ffu).3. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Specifies The Obligation To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Following Activities In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order (This Obligation Also Applies To Subcontractors): • Performing Physical Work During The Implementation Of Construction Works, I.E. Direct Performance Of Construction Works In All Industries - All Manual Workers Performing Construction Works On The Construction Site, Technical Staff Of The Construction Site, With The Exception Of The Construction Manager, Solely On The Basis Of Employment Contracts Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended).
