Description Of The Subject Of The Procedure And Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation And Adaptation Of The Basement Rooms Of The Building Of The Muszyna City And Spa Municipality Office For The Needs Of The Civil Defense Warehouse, Including Construction, Finishing And Installation Works As Well As The Supply Of Warehouse Equipment. 1.1 The Contractor Directs Persons To Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular Those Responsible For The Provision Of Services And Management Of Construction Works In The Construction And Construction Specialization - Acting As A Manager. Construction.1.2 The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Submit To The Ordering Party An Offer Cost Estimate And A Material And Financial Schedule No Later Than On The Date Of Signing The Contract.1.3 The Subject Of The Contract Is Co-Financed From The State Budget Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.2. Material Scope: The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works; Demolition Of Concrete Elements, Demolition Of Existing Concrete Floors, Removal Of Rubble And Soil From Basements, 2) Renovation And Construction Works; Carrying Out Internal Excavations, Underlining The Foundation Walls With Concrete, Making Horizontal Moisture-Proof Insulation Using The Pressure Injection Method Of Internal And External Walls, Making New Concrete Sleepers With Insulating Foil And Steel Mesh Reinforcement, 3) Finishing Works; Unblocking Chimney Ducts, Installing Ventilation Grilles, Repairing And Re-Profiling Ceilings, Applying New Cement-Lime Plasters, Painting Walls And Ceilings Twice With Silicate Paint, Installing Steel Doors, Installing Moisture-Proof Insulation Under The Tiles, Installing Ceramic Tile Floors With Plinths, Leveling And Finishing The Stairs Leading To The Basements With Ceramic Tiles.4) Installation Works Including; Installation Of Lighting Fixtures, Construction Of A New Lighting Installation, Installation Of Switches And Plug Sockets, Installation Of Cabling, Making The Necessary Connections, Relocation Of Sections Of The Central Heating System That Interfere With The Adaptation Of Rooms. 5) Equipment: The Scope Includes The Delivery And Assembly Of Warehouse Racks Intended For A Civil Defense Warehouse.
