The Subject Of The Order Includes The Renovation And Modernization Of Rooms On The Ground Floor Of The Building Of The Mental Health Center At Spwszs In Chełm With A Total Area Of 540.97 M2, Consisting Of, Among Others: Replacement Of External Entrance Doors, Replacement Of Internal Doors, Demolition Of Partition Walls, Installation Of Partition Walls, Replacement Of Floors, Replacement Of Wall Coverings, Replacement Of Sanitary Equipment, Application Of Gypsum Plasters, Installation Of Suspended Ceilings, Painting Works, Installation Of Fenders And Protective Corners, Replacement Of Electrical Equipment, Replacement Of Electrical Switchboards, Replacement Of Electrical Cables. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: 1) Technical Description, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior), 3) Bill Of Quantities Of Works. Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Technical Documentation. The Quantity Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or The Number Of Works Included In The Bill Of Quantities During The Implementation Of The Contract Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Technical Documentation And Constitutes A Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers. The Ordering Party Defines It For A Period Ranging From 24 Months (Minimum Term) To 60 Months (Maximum Term). Insurance.
