The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Commune Office Building In Order To Adapt It To The Needs Of Disabled People. As Part Of The Investment, A Second Entrance To The Building Should Be Constructed Directly To The Planned Extension (Staircase) Within The South-Eastern Façade Of The Designed Volume. The Existing Staircase, Which Does Not Meet Modern Technical And Operational Requirements, Is To Be Removed. On The First Floor, The Existing Staircase Should Be Demolished And A Corridor Room Created In Its Place. As Part Of The Order, The Staircase With An Access Platform For Disabled People Should Be Expanded In Order To Eliminate Architectural Barriers In The Building. Additionally, The Scope Of The Order Includes The Replacement Of The Roof Covering Of The Entire Building, Cleaning Of Existing Chimneys, And The Implementation Of A Lightning Protection System. Note! The Design Documentation Covers A Wider Scope Of Investments Than Those Covered By This Order. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In Point 4.2 Of The Swz And The Bill Of Quantities.
