A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Appendix No. 3 To The Swz And In The Draft Contract Provisions (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz), - Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Documentation.3. The Selected Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Ergonomic Office Chairs That Are The Subject Of The Order For A Period In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, But Not Less Than 24 Months From The Day Following The Day Of The Official Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Without Any Reservations.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Act, I.E.
