The Subject Of The Order As Part Of The Task Is The Replacement Of The Roof Covering In The Gymnasium Building, On The Plot With Registration Number 235, Located In Jutrosin, Replacing The Roof Covering With Ceramic Carp Tiles. The Planned Construction Works Do Not Change The Land Development Method Or The Parameters Of The Building, And Only Concern The Replacement Of The Existing Roof Covering. Scope Of Works: - Demolition Works: Gutter For Debris, Dismantling Of Downpipes And Sheet Metal Flashings, Dismantling Of Roofing Tiles, Battens, Rafters And Clamps, Replacement Of Wall Panels - Covering Works: Pre-Covering Foil, Patching, Covering The Roof With Ceramic Plain Tiles, Along With Ridge Caps And Vents, Making Gutters, Downpipes And Sheet Metal Flashings - Preparing As-Built Documentation And The Facility For Technical Acceptance (Cleaning Works). The Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Construction Law And Conservation Guidelines Regarding The Protection Of Monuments. All Materials Used Should Comply With Technical Standards And Have Appropriate Certificates.
