1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New School Bus Intended For Transporting Children And Students, As Part Of The Investment Task Included In The Budget Of The Tłuszcz Commune Entitled: Purchase Of A School Bus For The Needs Of Transporting Students To Schools Run By The Tłuszcz Commune Co-Financed By The Masovian Voivodeship Local Government Under The Masovian Support Instrument Buses For Masovian Schools - Edition 2026. 2. The Offered Bus Must Meet The Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, In Force On The Date Of Delivery Of The Vehicle.3. The Vehicle Must Have All Legally Required Documents Necessary For Its Registration And Admission To Road Traffic In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Including A Current Vehicle Type Approval Certificate Or Another Equivalent Document Required By Applicable Law.4. The Bus Should Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Regarding The Transport Of Organized Groups Of Children And Youth, In Particular In Accordance With Art. 57 Of The Road Traffic Law.5. Detailed Requirements In Relation To The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
