1. The Subject Of The Order Covered By This Procedure Is The Task Entitled: Preparation Of Documentation For The Construction Of An Access Road To The Sports And Recreation Center In Chodenice.2. The Order Referred To In Section 1 Includes The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Carried Out Under The Zrid Procedure (Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment), Along With Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Consents, Opinions And Decisions, Together With Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions, For The Implementation Of The Task Called: Preparation Of Documentation For The Construction Of An Access Road To The Sports And Recreation Center In Chodenice. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design Of The Expansion Of Municipal Roads In The Following Sections: Ul. Targowa, Ul. Majora Baca, Ul. Chodenicka With A Total Length Of Approx. 1.5 Km Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, In Particular: A Technological Channel With A Green Area Intended For Technical Infrastructure, A Storm Sewage System With New Outlets To Receivers (Outlets In The Raba River Catchment Area, Storm Sewerage Inlets, Storm Sewage Collectors, Retention Reservoirs, Pumping Stations, Pressure Pipelines), Street Lighting, Roads For Pedestrians And Bicycles, Exits To Plots, Traffic Safety Elements For The Scope Of The Road, Spacers (Reconstruction) And Protection Of The Existing Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure, In Addition, The Design Should Include A Circular Traffic Intersection And The Geometry And Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Road Adapted To The Traffic Of Heavy Goods Vehicles, The Scope Of The Investment Is Presented In The Graphic Attachment. The Task Will Be Partially Implemented In An Area Of Particular Flood Risk; It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Obtain All Required Studies Necessary To Carry Out Works In This Area. The Ordering Party Envisages The Construction Of Two Circular Intersections, In Accordance With The Graphic Attachment. Roads Should Be Designed For A Minimum Of The Relevant Vehicle: Truck Without Trailer (Pp0). The Design Documentation Should Include All Necessary Designs, Documents, All Legally Required Arrangements, Decisions, Tests And Analyses, Permits, Water Law And Hydrotechnical Studies, Geological And Geotechnical Studies (Covering The Entire Investment In Order To Correctly Determine The Water And Ground Conditions And Design The Road Substructure Along With The Necessary Soil Replacements), Maps For Design Purposes Along With The Required Updates And Approvals, Consents To Enter The Area And, If Necessary, Other Studies Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project, Including Decisions To Exclude Land From Agricultural Production And Tree Felling, Along With A Planting Plan That Enables The Proper Execution Of The Task. At The Same Time, The Designer Will Be Obliged To Fill In Any Gaps And Make Changes To The Documentation Indicated By The Authority Issuing The Decision
