The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Specialized Rescue Equipment For Fire Protection Units As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Retrofitting Fire Protection Units In The Biskupiec Commune. The Project Is Implemented From The Funds Of The Regional Program European Funds For Warmia And Mazury 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund, Priority Fewm.02 Environment, Action 02.07 Adaptation To Climate Change Scheme A (Project Type 3) Under Agreement Number: Fewm.02.07-Iz-00-003/24-00. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Specialized Rescue Equipment For Fire Protection Units For Four Volunteer Fire Department Units In The Biskupiec Commune, I.E. Volunteer Fire Department Biskupiec, Volunteer Fire Department Krotoszyny, Volunteer Fire Department Łąkorz And Volunteer Fire Department Lipinki. The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of: 1) Special 3-Piece Clothing - 30 Pcs. 2) Firefighters Shoes - Special - 26 Pcs. 3) Dry Suit For Rescue Ice - 2 Pcs.4) Breathing Apparatus With Mask - 8 Pcs.5) High-Altitude Rescue Kit. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Swz. All Given Proper Names Are Cited As Exemplary Solutions, And Those With Similar Or Better Parameters Will Be Accepted.2.1. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: A) Loading, Transport And Unloading Of The Delivered Equipment B) Commissioning Of Devices, Programming (If Applicable)3. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Brand New Equipment, Covered By A Warranty And Meeting All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Applicable Legal Regulations, To The Place Of Collection Indicated In The Contract.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Complete, Brand New, Unused, Without Damage, Free From Physical Defects, Including Material And Construction Defects And Legal Defects, Under The Manufacturers Warranty, In The Manufacturers Original Packaging, Equipment And Accessories Listed In Detail In Annex 7 To The Swz. The Equipment And Fittings Should Have All Approvals And Certificates Of Compliance With The Relevant Standards Specified In Applicable Law.5. The Contractor Will Provide Each Equipment And Accessories Included In The Subject Of The Contract With A Printed Warranty Card And Instructions In Polish - Installation, Use And Maintenance, As Well As All Legally Required Approvals And Certificates Allowing The Use Of The Supplied Equipment In Paper Form. Detailed Warranty Conditions Specified In The Warranty Document Provided To The Ordering Party, Regardless Of The Manufacturers Warranty - The Contractor Is Responsible For The Delivered Elements During The Warranty Period.6. The Order Is Not Divided Into Lots.7.
