1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Delivery And Installation Of Solar Lanterns In The Słupno Commune.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Guaranteed Order Consisting In The Delivery And Installation Of 14 Pieces Of Solar Lanterns In The Słupno Commune; 2) Order - Option Right. Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Option Right, Including: A) The Ordering Party Grants Itself The Right To Increase The Order, I.E. To Increase The Expected Quantity Of Delivery Including The Installation Of Solar Lanterns Which Are The Subject Of The Order By A Maximum Of 13 Pieces In Relation To The Quantities Indicated In Point. 1 Above, B) An Increase In The Delivery With The Installation Of Solar Lanterns Will Take Place When The Ordering Party Has Budget Funds Left That It Can Use To Purchase A Larger Number Of Solar Lanterns, C) The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Exercise The Option Right Within The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In § 3 Of This Contract, While Maintaining The Delivery Conditions Indicated In The Documentation. Compliance With The Conditions Also Applies To The Appropriate Compliance With The Financial Conditions Applicable During The Period Of Exercising The Option Right (I.E. The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Unit Prices Indicated In The Offer), D) The Contractor Cannot Demand Additional Remuneration Or Compensation If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Provided Option Right; E) The Option Right Is Exercised On The Basis Of This Contract, Therefore It Does Not Require The Conclusion Of An Annex To The Contract. F) The Option Right May Be Activated In Whole Or In Part, Once Or Several Times, Based On The Ordering Partys Written Declaration Submitted To The Contractor Before The Date On Which The Order Covered By The Option Right Is To Be Completed, And Specifying The Size Of The Order Covered By The Option Right; G) If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver And Install Solar Lamps Covered By The Option Right, In The Size Indicated By The Ordering Party.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Technical, Operational And Quality Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Documents Attached To The Swz:1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz;2) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Contract Template) - Annex No. 2 To The Swz.5. Warranty. The Required Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Fault-Free Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order. Warranty Service: 1) Response Time To Complaints: 2 Business Days From Notification; 2) Time To Remove Defects: 7 Business Days From Notification
