The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Strengthening The Basement Ceilings Of The Building At Ul. Sobieskiego 21 In Siemianowice Śląskie (Plot No. 2475/233). The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: Preparatory And Demolition Works; Site Preparation Works, Including Earthworks, Excavations; Concrete And Reinforcement Works; Steel Structures; Masonry Works, Plasters; Repair Works (Structural Reinforcement Of Wall And Ceiling Partitions). The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Construction Law Provisions, Technical Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. All Materials Used Should Have The Required Approvals, Certificates And Approvals For Use In Construction. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical And Executive Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities, And Terms And Conditions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annexes To This Swz. All References In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Contract To Standards And Products Or Materials Indicated By Name Should Be Understood As Specifying The Minimum Required Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards. Whenever The Content Of The Documentation Mentions A Standard Or The Manufacturers Own Name, It Should Be Read Supplemented With The Statement Or Equivalent, And The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect While Maintaining The Operational, Functional Parameters And Quality Standards. Warranty Conditions: The Selected Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty And Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order For A Period In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, But Not Less Than 36 Months From The Day Following The Registered Acceptance Without Any Reservations Of The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With An Appropriate Warranty Document No Later Than On The Day Of Final Acceptance Of The Order
