1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Modernization Of The Existing Public Space On Plot 158/1 In Samsieczno, Commune. Sicienko, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Scope Of The Project Includes The Reconstruction Of The Existing Public Sports Field By Replacing The Synthetic Grass Surface, Replacing Basketball Goals And Backboards, And Installing New Ball Catchers. Additionally, It Is Planned To Build A Publicly Accessible Social Activity Center, Which Will Serve As A Base For The Sports Field And A Place For Residents To Integrate. The Building Will Include, Among Others: Meeting Room, Kitchenette, Sanitary Rooms, Warehouse And Technical Room. The Investment Will Be Complemented By The Construction Of Pedestrian Paths, Parking Spaces, A Ramp For People With Disabilities, Partial Fencing Of The Area And An Exit From The District Road. The Implementation Of The Project Will Allow For The Creation Of A Functional And Publicly Accessible Space For Recreation, Social Activity And Integration Of The Residents Of Samsieczno. The Scope Of Work Is Specified Below And In The Design Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Basic Scope Of Work To Be Performed As Part Of The Task In Particular Includes: 1) Reconstruction Of The Existing Publicly Accessible Sports Field: The Existing Facility Is A 42X22 M Sports Field With A Multi-Functional Synthetic Grass Surface Laid On A Substructure. The Planned Works To Be Performed Under The Order Include: 1.1 Disassembly And Disposal Of The Old Synthetic Grass Surface; 1.2 Removal Of A 30 Mm Incline, Then Leveling And Compacting The Sub-Base To Is≥0.981. 3 Removal Of Old Goals With Sleeves; 1.4 Installation Of New Goals In Sleeves; 1.5 Laying A 22-25 Mm Thick Elastic E-Layer Layer; 1.6 Laying A New Surface Of Synthetic Grass And Pasting Lines Marking The Playing Field - Woven Grass Made Of Polyethylene Fibers Should Be Used For Use On Multi-Functional Sports Surfaces, Meeting The Pn-En15330-1 Standard.
