4.3. The Order Includes: Purchase And Delivery Along With Assembly Of Furniture And Equipment. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 5 To The Swz.4.4. The Delivered Furniture/Equipment That Is The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New And Free From Physical And Legal Defects.4.5. The Subject Of The Order Must Have The Required Certificates, Approvals And Declarations Of Conformity - To The Extent Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions For A Given Type Of Product.4.6. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party Using His Own Transport, At His Own Expense And At His Own Risk.4.7. In The Case Of Textile Products - Materials Safe For Children, Confirmed By A Pzh Certificate Or An Equivalent Document.4.8. Documentation And User Manual In Polish.4.9.
