1. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Formula Of Design And Execution Of Construction Works (Article 103(2) Of The Public Procurement Law). The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation By The Contractor Along With Obtaining The Required Arrangements - Including Acceptance Of The Assumptions And Design Documentation By The Investment Projects Assessment Committee (Kopi) - And Comprehensive Implementation Of The Project Consisting In Dismantling The Existing Passenger Lift Along With Its Safe Decommissioning And Disposal. The Task Includes The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A New Passenger Lift Intended For Use In A Hospital Facility, Meeting All Currently Applicable Standards, Legal Regulations, Technical And Sanitary Requirements, In Particular Those Regarding Health Care Facilities. As Part Of The Implementation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Necessary Assembly Works, As Well As To Carry Out The Required Tests And Technical Acceptance. The Scope Of The Task Also Includes Obtaining, At The Contractors Expense And Responsibility, All Legally Required Decisions, Protocols, Consents And Documents Authorizing The Installed Crane For Use, Including Acceptance By The Competent Technical Supervision Authority. Technical Supervision Over The Devices Will Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Properties Of The Military Technical Supervision (Military Technical Supervision) - Consultations With The Military Technical Supervision And Decisions Authorizing Operation Issued By The Competent Supervision Authority (Udt/Wdt) Will Be Required. Additionally, The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Service, Maintenance And Inspection Services For The Newly Installed Crane For A Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of Its Admission To Operation, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Requirements And Applicable Law.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex 1 To The Application And In The Required Contractual Provisions.
