The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Provision Of Hotel Services In The City Of Krakow In Connection With The Organization Of Artistic Events In The City Center, During The Little Divine Comedy And Divine Comedy Festivals, For The Łaźnia Nowa Theater, In Single Or Double Rooms, In A Hotel With A Minimum 3-Star Standard In Krakow, For One To Four Parts Of The Order, Respectively.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 4 Parts Due To The Planned Locations Of The Events: A) Part 1 - Variete Theater, Ul. Grzegórzecka 71, 31-559 Krakówb) Part 2 - Bagatela Theater, Ul. Karmelicka 6, 31-128 Krakówc) Part 3 - Stary Teatr, Ul. Jagiellońska 1 31-011 Kraków + Ast, Ul. Straszewskiego 22D) Part 4 - Ice Kraków Congress Centre, Ul. Marii Konopnicka 17, 30-302 Kraków3. The Estimated Number Of Rooms And Hotel Nights Ordered Are Included In Appendix A To The Swz. 4. The Numbers Indicated In The Offer Form Are Estimated Quantities Used To Calculate The Offer Price. These Numbers May Change Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Quantity And Value Of The Actual Needs May Change Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And In Such A Case The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims. 5. Failure To Exhaust The Expected Number Of Overnight Stays Does Not Give The Contractor Any Grounds To Submit Any Claims In This Regard, And Moreover, If The Reservation Is Canceled At Least 48 Hours And Before The Planned Date Of A Given Overnight Stay, The Ordering Party Shall Not Incur Any Costs For Making The Reservation And Canceling It.6. Minimum Room Equipment In The Hotel: Bed (Single Room)/Separate Beds (Double Room), Table, Chair/Chairs, Cupboard/Bedside Tables, Wardrobe, Tv, Free Internet Access, Bathroom With Washbasin, Shower, Toilet, Hairdryer, Bedding And Towels As Standard, 8. Breakfast Included In The Price Of The Room, Served In The Facility Where Accommodation Takes Place, 9. Air-Conditioned Rooms.10. The Contractor, Without Additional Costs Incurred By The Ordering Party, Will Provide The Possibility Of Canceling The Reservation (Via E-Mail) No Later Than 48 Hours Before The Planned Date Of Accommodation. Changes To The Reservation Date Can Be Made Free Of Charge If Notified Before Booking The Accommodation. The Names And Surnames Of People Using The Hotel Service May Be Changed By The Ordering Party Up To One Day Before The Planned Overnight Stay.11.
