The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of One Hot Meal (Second Course) For Students Of Grades I - Viii Attending The School Complex In Gościn - Primary School With Integration Departments. School Complex In Gościn - Primary School With Integration Departments Major Henryk Sucharski Is Located In Two Buildings, With Students Divided Into Two Educational Stages: 1) First Stage: Grades I - Iii, Building At Ul. Kościuszki 5;2) Second Stage: Classes Iv - Viii, Building At Ul. Grunwaldzka 14; 3. The Ordering Party Has Canteens In Both Buildings Where Students Eat Meals. The Status Of Kitchen Rooms In Each Building Is Different, Therefore: The Building At Ul. Kościuszki 51) The Ordering Party: A) Provides Rooms For Portioning, Dispensing And A Room For Washing Dishes; B) Stipulates That It Will Charge The Contractor For The Utilities Used (Based On Meter Readings), In Accordance With Current Prices; 2) The Contractor Ensures: A) Cleaning And Washing Dishes After Meals; B) Tidying Up The Kitchen And Canteen; C) Removing All Food Waste From The School Premises; Building At Ul. Grunwaldzka 141) The Ordering Party: A) Does Not Provide A Room For Portioning, Dispensing Or A Room For Washing Dishes, These Rooms Are Bound By A Lease Agreement With The Agent; B) Does Not Provide Tableware For Eating. 2) The Contractor Ensures: A) Tidying Up The Canteen Within Its Use Area (Serving Meals And Eating Them By Students); B) Removing Any Used Disposable Tableware From The School Premises; C) Removing All Food Waste From The School Premises; 4. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Children Declared For A Given Month May Change In Situations That The Ordering Party Could Not Predict, E.G.: Child Illness, Other Random Situations Affecting The Childrens Attendance; 5. The Order Covers The Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of One Hot Meal - Second Course, For Approximately 100 Students, Taking Into Account The Division: 1) First Stage: Classes I - Iii, Approximately 60 Meals; 2) Second Stage: Grades Iv - Viii, Approx. 40 Meals. 6. Delivery Will Take Place 5 Days A Week, I.E. From Monday To Friday, Except For Public Holidays. 7. A Hot Meal For One Student, Hereinafter Referred To As A Meal, Consists Of A Second Course.8. Estimated Daily Number Of Meals: 1) Lunch - Quantity - 100 Pcs. 9. Estimated Number Of Meals During The Order Execution Period, I.E.
